Mediate first, you won’t regret it.

Step 2 – find out what happens after you book the initial appointment to start a mediation process

In this video you will learn about what happens after you book your initial online mediation intake/information session.

Step 3 – Learn about the online and telephone process of mediation

In this video you will learn  how to participate effectively in the process online.  Remember you can elect to take part by:

  • Voice only in conjunction with the other party;
  • Voice and/or video separately only with the mediator;
  • Voice and video with the mediator and the other party together.

Its up to both parties how comfortable they will be with each approach but remember it is always best to listen to what each of you have to say rather than have the mediator act as the “messenger”.  It’s your choice completely though.
